Hair Help

My hair is well a complete nightmare at the moment it may be as i have not been using my normal shampoo and conditioner but my god it is bad,its is clumped toether like superglue and is all knotty,my ghds dont work over them,i tried anti tangle spray did not work,tried a different shampoo and conditioner and did work,i feel like an unhappy little bunny and want my hair to go back to its normal state.
