Bootcamp Pilates

I am going to bootcamp pilates class on Monday and i am little scared it it good for toning up the body and also for helping with weight loss i need to step up my fitness rountine so i am hoping this will be a good workout it is meant to be hardcore so i will update on how i found it

Get hot hair with out heat♥

This is something i have been doing for years and i do it quiet a lot as i like to do different things to my hair
Look going for Wavy Volumised Hair

♥Wash Hair
♥Towel dry
♥Dry 50 per cent with the hair dyer
♥Divide the hair in to 2 sections one on left one of right and start plait your hair

I normally do one plait on each side but if i want it more wavy or smaller tighter effect i do 3 to 5 plaits on each side,once plaited i use some hairspray and just spray over the plaits leave it in all night then take them out in the morning and you have lovely wavy hair easy peasy
Picture of me below using this technique it depends on how you want them and how wavy and volumised you want it just try it out and see what works for you-No crimpers used or heat tool apart from the hairdyer you can even let your hair dry natually but my hair is very long and thick and takes forever to dry ♥

Here are 3 items i regret ever buying

Tresemme Detangle Leave in Conditioning Spray
I got this as my hair was a nightmare i saw the world detangle and expected miracles it did nothing like it did not doing anything shall not be buying again and may have to go in the bin

Lush Bubblegum Lipscrub
I love the smell of this but i just dont really like it i think the product is filled with sugar and is kind of difficult to apply and keep on and i am not really sure if it does anything for me

Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse
I wanted to love this i reallly did but it just does not work for me the colour are jus too light for me and i got about three and also i find the product very thin and did not last well on my skin i just melts after a little while which is not a good look

Nail Colour love ♥ ♥ ♥

I am loving Barry M Peach Melba nail vanish it is a light peachy pink colour and it is the colour that i keep wearing and going to its really nice

Foundations♥

Here are 3 foundations that i use and i will explain why i like them and what i think about them

♥Mac Studio Fix Fluid
I started getting in to Mac a few years ago and i am glad i did becasue i love Mac i love the shades the colours and the quality of the products.I wanted to try a foundation and so i wanted to try try studio fix i used it a few times and the coverage was amazing my skin looked flawless but i was unsure of the colour on me so i left it for a while and just starting using it again and i love it.The product is amazing but it is quiet a thick liquid i think where i went wrong is was i applied to much but now i use a really small amount and dot it in my face and use my foundation brush to blend in and swirl all the product around and i really love a little does go a long way.I like the colour and how it last on my skin and it makes my skin look amazing and i am addicted to it.This is definatley my favourite foundation love it ♥

♥Rimmel Lasting Finish 25 Hour Foundation
I got this a couple of months ago and i really like it i felt is was a good as a high end brand of foundation it goes on well,easy to apply but i had a few issues with it.The first is the colour range they needed more also although it did last well i found my face got a littleoily in the t zone and alos it said it was transfer proof i tried it and it did transfer on tissues and clothing which i did not like,it also says it is heat proof and sweat proof i do not agree with that.But overall it does the job and it works well.

♥Relvon New Complexion

I like the colour of this foundation it is also easy to work with i use a brush and quick and easy when in a rush it comes with a little mirror in the compact which is good again you do not need a lot of product i have used this many time and its great

Angel Mac Lipstick♥

I really like Mac Angel lipstick it is a lovely and a really pretty colour it is light but i wear it when i am going for a more natural look or my eye make up is enough but just want a pop of colour,i went through my make up box and i took this out and have found out why i loved it so much ♥

Johnson's Baby Shampoo

I have been using Johnson's Baby Shampoo for the past couple of months now as i wanted to simplify my hair care rountine.I have sensetive skin and a sensitive scalp and my hair is just has a mind of its own.

I wanted to get this as it is for babies and it doesnt sting if it gets in your eyes which is good for me becasue i always do that.

It makes my hair lovely and shiny and it is a gel shampoo this is helping my hair and working well me at the moment so i think i will be using it again.

Tangle Teezer ♥

I bought this a few weeks ago as my hair was just really knotty and messy and out of control or shall we shall a complete nightmare it was making me unhappy this was my last hope of getting back to normal hair....and i LOVE it ♥

♥It doesnt hurt when using
♥It has helped with tangles and knots and dealing with my wild hair
♥It was £10.20 and was worth every penny i works and its a great product

I am happy with this product and so is my hair my hair is not perfect yet i have to accept i will always have crazy hair now but this product helpled me and made my hair feel like heaven

Blusher love ♥

Here are 2 blushers that i really like at first i was not sure if they would give a nice colour and so i just tested them out a few times when i was in a rush but the colours are nice and i really like them.

♥17 Blusher -Brickie
A lighter colour than the clinque on but is build able a more peachy brown colour but is a lovely colour and look great on

♥Clinque Blusher-Bashful Plum
A brown bronzed matt colour really nice colour last well looks great

♥Hair Obsession♥

I have been doing this hairstyle recently and i really like it to give volume to the hair and make my hair look bigger which i love,i just take a bunch of hair from the front  and then twist it and then puff it up,and then pin it down with bobby pins it doesnt have to look perfect and the bigger the better

I LOVE fruit and recentely i have really been in to STRAWBERRIES,BLUEBERRIES,RASPBERRIES AND CHERRIES i love the taste sweet and fresh and i cant get enough 

I also add them to yogets and its yummy ♥

Baby Food Diet

I have been hearing about this for a little while and whilst in Asda i was looking at the baby food and wondering about this crazy diet.It a craze that Lady gaga and Racheal Aniston are said to have tried and Cheryl cole.

You are supposed to have a baby food jar a few times a day its sounds crazy and i wonder if it works??

I was like i wonder if this would work but i am just curoius to see what baby food tastes like is it nice.The reasons people are using the diet is due to the strick guidelines of baby food like the salt and sugar and they seem to be low in calories.

And apprentely Advocates suggest it is possible, when combined with workouts, to lose 20lb in six weeks on the diet.

Nutrionists say the diet will do no harm, but say those who want to lose weight should use healthy eating and exercise regimes.

Mac Foundation Help

I really want to try these Mac foundation i have tried one by mac before but i felt it was too thick for me and a little orange for me Mac dont always get it right so this time i think i will just pick the colours myself and order it i seem to be good at matching foundations

Dress Size

We all seem to be obessed with dress size no matter what size we are we aint happy if we are a size 10 we want to be a size 8,we are always looking at celebrites and their figures and wanted to have the bodies.

No matter what size you are its like your getting judged too big or too small or just right and even if we are a healthy weight and size we are still never happy,i was looking at a magazine and soo many celebrites are size 8 or 6 and all you read is about diets and how to lose weigh and look like a celebrity!!

Its like we are driven to comply to what we think is right,but we should be concertrating on what makes us feel good and no that we are not perfect...but isnt that what makes us who we are.

The most important think for me is a healthy lifestyle and lots of excersise it makes me feel good but i am still not happy just yet and will keep trying until i get there,but the most important thing is i am doing it for me,to be me just better ♥ ♥ ♥

We need to stop looking at our flaws and appreciate ourselves and be happy
